How to write a website in Python without frameworks?

When creating sites in Python, is it necessary to use frameworks? How to get by with pure Python? Or is it a mandatory attribute for site building?

Why are you all clinging to these frameworks? It feels like the fashion for wordpress has passed, and now everyone who used to rivet shitty websites on vp decided together to start delighting the world with their creations on frameworks.
A framework is a framework. Do you need a frame? Write it yourself!
