I see the following first few questions for your problem:
1 what spiral do you mean? (Archimedean/logarithmic/with right angles/...?)
2 How should the wheels be controlled to make the trolley move along the spiral chosen in step 1?
3 how to program the arduino so that it controls the trolley motors in accordance with paragraph 2?
Decide on points 1 and 2 for starters, they do not require knowledge of arduino. After that, figure out your scheme - what kind of engines are there, how they are connected to the wheels, how they are controlled. And if after that you still have questions on item 3 - come.
