I want to write a basic application, or use a ready-made product to create an application for memorizing tests. It is desirable that it displays the correct answer in case of an error, and the percentage after passing, and also that it is convenient to add test databases. Thank you.

As an example, take a ready-made project on github, the same Quiz or Millionaire toy will suit you.
Base with questions use SQLite, or load them from a remote server.
