How to write a response listener of the telegram bot itself on phyton?

Hello everyone, my telegram bot receives a message from a third-party resource (the message comes on behalf of the bot itself), is it possible to make some kind of listener in python that would respond to messages not from the user, but specifically from the messages of the bot itself?
