How to write a program to automatically upload / download a file to a music editor?

Good time!
I am a beginner ̶x̶a̶k̶er̶r android developer (learning Java) and an idea came up in my head to create a mobile application.

Short description:

1.) В приложение можно загрузить .mp3 файл
2.) Файл отправляется на сервер, где установлена DAW (К примеру: FL Studio)
3.) Файл загружается в программу FL Studio, обрабатывается, и рендерится в новый файл
4.) В приложение отправляется ссылка на скачивание этого файла

My question is that I don't even know how to ask this from Google...
Tell me what to study so that I can implement it?
