How to write a privacy policy for a website?

Hello.
I want to tie the entrance to the site through facebook. I created an app on facebook, but I can't change its status (now - "In Development"). The reason is that fb asks for a Privacy Policy. Who knows how to write it correctly? Perhaps there are already ready-made templates or services that generate it?

This is usually standard text.
