How to write a high-quality "tutorial"?

Good day everyone! Terribly puzzled by this question. It is necessary to record a "tutorial" (several hours). On the screen is a PP presentation in the corner of the speaker's face. The output is a high-quality picture with sound without brakes and frame drops. I'm scratching my head on how to do this. I just understand how to rob from the screen, but how can I make the picture from the camera be written in parallel ?? I see a lot of such examples on YouTube, can anyone tell me the software? Thanks in advance!

Um .. Strange question, but here depending on your needs.
What you saw, most likely, recordings from streams. If it is for these purposes, then I recommend using OBS . There is a setup guide here. A couple of times I saw its use for offline recording purposes. Naturally, you can use paid analogues, but this is a very good and popular OpenSource utility.
