How to write a game?

Hello, I recently started learning programming. Now I'm sawing sites and I would like to know in what language can I write a game? what language is used both in games and on sites. I don’t mean the TOP game of 2222, but some kind for myself, or something, so that I could spend my free time on the game and at the same time learn the language I need.
I know that it’s possible in ++, but so far I don’t need it in development, js is me xs, I know that it’s possible in java, in php you can do some kind of quest.
Are there any indie programmers here? How did you choose what to write the game on?
I myself still, well, frankly, zero (if you evaluate it with the world level), but it always itches in one place to learn something.

tic-tac-toe on any, well, practically.
If you want to play, you don't need to learn a programming language.
If you want to solve business problems with the help of programming - then teach.
It will still not be interesting to play your games precisely because you know completely what is inside.
To begin with, I would specify what kind of game)). It is impossible to pick up a tool if there is no understanding of what is necessary in principle.
