Everything is clear to me - the usual routing, which can be quickly added to the same Laravel.

And then they offer to connect their domain. That is, on the registrar's side, I propagate their servers

and then my site works both on my domain and on their subdomain.

Tell me, how is the logic of joining a domain implemented if the logic of serving content from subdomains lies on one larger back (Laravel)?
