Some gaming Discords have handy bots installed that can process all possible commands, such as !reg (registration on the server) and the like. Help, How and through what can I write this? Can I implement this using C#? Will I need my own server to use such a bot? Recommend literature that will introduce me quite quickly to the course of such an oop.

You can also use sharpe, it’s easier, probably, on python. You
need a server, if you don’t install it on your computer and don’t keep it on 24/7
