How to work with XLIFF?

Good afternoon. Angular2 has implemented its native version of application internationalization based on XLIFF files

Actually, I have a question - with what editor can I fill in all these ? To open a file and just fill it with a translation, well, save it later. I downloaded CafeTRan Espresso - he replied that something was wrong with the format (although for a moment he showed phrases that need to be translated), other online services talk about automatic translation (and it is not needed). What to use? I put the tags Symfony and Mobile development, because I know that they use this format. And the second question, already concerning ng-xi18n - I generated the file, translated it. But then more phrases appeared in the application that require translation. What to do in this case? Manually adding will not work, because of the hash. There must be some kind of merging mechanism. <target>

It is not entirely clear under which OS you are looking for software. CafeTran Espresso, as I understand it, is available for both Win and Mac. On Mac OS, I use the simple, unpretentious XLIFFTool to edit xliffs . I can’t say for Win, but for sure there is something similar there.
