How to work with VK Market API?

Hello, on duty, I am engaged in the placement of goods in a variety of VKontakte groups. I would like to optimize manual labor without financial costs, and I decided to add products through the API. A natural question arises - how, in principle, is the loading of goods built? Need to write a script that will run on the server? Or can I offline feed a certain import file to a script and it will be authorized, etc.? I'm not asking for a ready-made solution - I need at least a sensible manual. I sort of figured out the request methods, I understand the code scheme. The question remains how to run it (if I express myself correctly).
