How to work with task templates in REST API?

I don't see methods for working with task templates in the documentation. Are they really not there, or do you have to look somewhere in a secret place? There is CTaskItem.addByTemplate in core, but via REST - task.item.addByTemplate - there is no such method.

There is a FORKED_BY_TEMPLATE_ID parameter in the table structure , but for some reason it only adds the template ID, and the name / description, etc. No

I saw this, but it is read only, according to the structure. And you can’t get a template yourself, yes, and you can’t create it ...
