How to work with ScrollView?

All day I was looking for a good lesson on scrolling with layouts, but I didn’t find what I needed, let’s say we make an interface for 5k, threw technical fields on top, and from the bottom (attached) the button
On 4k scrolls to 5, everything is super
But when I look at 6k, the button (what below) has risen above, I can not bind the element to the bottom
Please throw an example or a lesson where such an option is provided
