I downloaded 64-bit python for windows from the site. Installed via his pip.exe python-qt5. He got up fine. But now there is an error.

from PyQt5 import QtCore
ImportError: DLL load failed: Не найден указанный модуль.

There is a folder with PyQt5 and dll is present there.
Qt installed also from exe from the site.
