How to work with MS Exchange when writing Add-in for Outlook?

Hello,
The company uses MS Exchange 2010 as a mail system, the management set the task of setting up for all users a single auto-reply option (Out of Office) with the condition that a person can independently change some fields (substitute, contact phone, etc.), but the main the text remains the same.
At the moment, an Add-in has been written, which shows a form to fill out, identical to the standard one, with the reservation that only allowed fields can be edited. The question is, how do we work with the Exchange server? Add-in is written in C#. Is there any API?
The simplest example is to enable/disable the Out Of Office feature for a mailbox using a written extension.

work with ekchenchem through powershell
support.microsoft.com/kb/2667296
you form a team and work on the user.
only it’s not worth doing this from the user, it makes sense to create a single resource where the results of the form will be stored
or on the user’s side to pervert via MAPI
