How to work with JSON in MVS c++?

Hello. I am working in Microsoft Visual Studio 13, windows 8, c++.
I can't figure out how to connect any version of json for c++ to my project. I tried libjson, jason-cpp and a few more. There are instructions in English, you need to build something, make something, something for Linux, something for Unix ... In general, I'm very confused and I can't find detailed Russian instructions anywhere on how to embed json into my project.

Russian is unlikely to find. You need to gradually master those. English.
I am using jsoncpp. In principle, if you connect its files to the project, it should immediately work.
