How to work with FR Shtrih-M from python (or something else)?

It is necessary to receive the status of the Shtrikh-M fiscal registrars in automatic mode via ethernet.
I specified bash and python (in priority), but any implementation will do.

I managed to find only pyshtrih, but it's like a library for local use (COM port), but it needs to be over the network.
I will be glad to any ideas.

The ultimate goal is to collect the statuses of fiscal registrars: parameters, states.
