How to work with devices that are not assigned a letter (For example, Apple Iphone - when connected via a cord)?

The problem is that you can’t even drag and drop to the command line to find out the path - neither the folder nor the file, it shows a crossed out circle, is it possible to work somehow with these devices via cmd vbs or jscript?

Apparently you can't work with standard tools.
Check with the device manufacturer for any command-line utilities to work with it. Not the fact that they are in nature.
There is also an option to use PowerShell, as far as I know, you can organize copying from the iPhone, for example, and perhaps your device can be promoted in the same way.
PS: as far as I remember, barcode scanners used to not allow anything to be written into themselves, except to change the firmware using special utilities.
