How to work with datagridView cells (link creation)?

Hello,
I need to make a cell a link so that when clicked, another form opens. Tell me how to do it. Didn't seem to find anything in the search.
And I would also like to insert an html player into a new form. Can I do it?

In general, if it's on a different form, then you can probably just set the appropriate color, etc. and handle the click on that cell.
What is an HTML player is not clear, but apparently you need to use a web browser. Anything based on Chromium like Awesomium, Cef, or a standard WebBrowser.
