How to work with data from different sources at the same time in Excel?

Hello!
The question is very simple: is it possible in MS Excel to make it so that one sheet contains data imported from any source and associated with rows of its own columns, while maintaining the filtering and sorting functions.
For example:
excel1.png
all columns except "Comments" are imported from the outside and are updated automatically, the "Comments" column is added by hand. filters and sorting are configured on the general range. If the data is sorted and then updated from the source, then the lines of the comment and the imported data will be mixed up and will not correspond to each other.
Q: Can I chain these columns by ID and sort, filter, edit non-imported columns, and update imported data together?

Answer the question

In order to leave comments, you need to log in

@BiBo

The first thing that came to mind was to create an ID table on the second sheet | Comments.
And in your table in the Comments column, use the formula VLOOKUP (VLOOKUP)
