How to work with CSS in Vue?

Which is correct - work with in a component or with SCSS imports (working with CSS not by Vue)? I couldn't find anywhere in the documentation about it. <style>

Component styles are written in components. What is bad then? Do you want a preprocessor? Write styles in a component using a preprocessor.
