How to work with buckets in App Engine?

1) Is it possible to somehow see where the bucket "lies", like a file or folder through the command line? Type ls and see what it is here.
I looked in the project folder, there is nothing with similar names.

2) Question about how to work with a database in Postgresql in GAE. I created it to create, and then what is not clear. GAE has a shell, should I use it? Or find a tutorial on how to connect remotely and create tables there?

answer number 1: in Google, you can rummage around in the project folder through the command line and find it there, as well as see what programs are on the virtual machine.
