How to work with API or Logs of D-Link video cameras?

Hello.
There is a set of cameras DCS-2132L.
Cameras are in 40+ offices. There is a simple php script that gives certain cameras to those who have to watch or everything (management).
We set the task to record the opening times of offices. The cameras have Motion Detect, but I can’t understand where the logs are written.
Does anyone have experience with the logs of these cameras? API can what is? I can not find.
And what is the best way to organize all this? Reading logs, if I find it, I plan on Python and already write to the database when someone opened the office + when they closed it.
Plus, there is a jamb: often the cameras are stupidly cut off (shopping centers are not allowed to leave electricity on at night). How would it make sense to compare events? On/off against motion detection.
