I recently started learning web programming. I am digging into the sources of sites. There are docks with links like site.ru&id=12 or site.ru#profile12
No way, I can deal with these links. How to work with such links, how to program for such. Where can you even read about it?

What about the meaning? Wouldn't it be better to read the basics first? They describe such things in detail.

This is a URL parameter , albeit misspelled.
It will be right:
example.com/addres?key=value&?key2=value2

site.ru#profile12

It's like anchors
Google will return 100500 articles on them
