How to work in jupyter notebook files not from installation folder?

Hello.
Installed Anaconda 3 in default folder:
C:\Users\username\anaconda3

.ipynb files and all libraries work fine in this folder.
It is worth running jupyter notebook in any other place - it does not see any libraries, an error appears.


What environment variables need to be set to fully work with jupyter notebook ?
Python 3.8 installed.
OS Windows 10
