The degree of toad also depends on the amount.
a) payoneer with an attached virtual account, deposit on it, then withdraw from ATMs. Not quickly and there are losses, of course.
b) pay for something to someone with a paypal in exchange for, let's say, VM, if the amounts are relatively small - quite an option, many need to pay for something with a stick. Not very fast and also a corresponding discount.
