It became a little tight with money, and I decided to try to withdraw the money that I had lying around from the sold applications in iTunes Connect (it was a matter of playing around). Of course not much, but these will come in handy ( 9,237.32 RUB ). But I don’t understand, some kind of debt is written:

Judging by the sign, this is a debt, and of course you cannot withdraw it. But I can’t imagine how you got 9,000 in debt with an application price of 60 rubles. Write to them in support.
