How to visually track the network activity of a computer?
I would like to visually determine the network activity of the computer.
To display which program has used traffic lately.
The main emphasis is on " visually ": you can run some kind of network monitor, where there will be a myriad of records about process connections.
I understand that such software can be part of some kind of firewall. It's even better.
What software do you recommend?

Agnitum firewall for example. There is information about the process, how much downloaded / uploaded and the speed of downloading / uploading at the moment
Process Explorer (which is Microsoft TechNet) in the properties of each process shows on the Disk and Network tab how much has been downloaded and transferred, how much has been read and saved.
Hm. Comodo Internet Security? There is, in my opinion, the ability to view network activity.
+ it's free.
There is a plugin for the task manager - prio . It adds a "network" tab, among other things.
