How to visually track the network activity of a computer?

I understand that such software can be part of some kind of firewall. It's even better.

Agnitum firewall for example. There is information about the process, how much downloaded / uploaded and the speed of downloading / uploading at the moment

Process Explorer (which is Microsoft TechNet) in the properties of each process shows on the Disk and Network tab how much has been downloaded and transferred, how much has been read and saved.
