How to view user descriptions from outside?

Good afternoon.
On Windows, in the user profile (Domain and local), there is a "Description" field. Some system administrators in small desks fill in user passwords. Can I request a description of groups and users by some kind of request or from a guest?

Я бы за забивание паролей в описание сразу бы руки отрывал... по самое горло.
Описание можно посмотреть, под пользовательскими правами, с помощью все той же "Active Directory - пользователи и компьютеры"
Так же можно воспользоваться ADExplorer из состава пакета SysinternalsSuite
