How to view the text of database records in the .accdb(r) file in a hex editor?

Problem: I lost data on my hard drive. There are no backups and restore points (I slammed Windods.old through disk cleanup and the points were also deleted).
With the help of Recuva, I pulled out especially valuable files - a database in .accdr and bookmarks with bookmarks from chrome ...
But the database does not open, it says that it is an unrecognized format (I tried it with various special utilities).
Question:
Is it possible to extract the readable text data of these files using a hex editor? How?

If the built-in 'Compact & Repair' function is unsuccessfully tried, then it is unlikely that it will be possible to restore, since this is a proprietary format.

If Access does not open the file, then the internal structure of the file is most likely corrupted. This means that the file was restored incorrectly.
