How to view the site in Full HD if the screen is HD?

Hello! Tell me, please, how can I see how the site will look on a Full HD screen and above, if I myself am sitting at 1366x768?
Through DevTools, the problem is that there is no slider at the bottom and the site is cut off.

Maybe somehow you can enable the bottom scroll bar?

1) ctrl+ "-" ctrl+ scroll the mouse wheel up/down
2) There is a scale to the right of the resolution, make it ~80% and everything will fit.

Launch a virtual machine, put at least 4k on it and watch as much as you like.

Try Firefox then. There is a horizontal scroll.
