How to view statistics?

Please do not throw stones.
When entering through the console, it gives:

System information as of Mon Jul 13 22:46:21 EDT 2015

  System load:  0.0               Processes:           82
  Usage of /: 9.6% of 19.56GB Users logged in: 1
  Memory usage: 26% IP address for eth0: *.*.*.*
  Swap usage:   0%

How to view it later? When did you execute many commands, etc.?
So far, I only learned about free -m - it displays memory in MB, but is it possible somehow in the form of the same plate?
Thanks in advance for your reply!

@littleguga

эти сообщения можно вызвать в любой момент: sudo run-parts /etc/update-motd.d/
если интересуют конкретные команды, изучите содержимое скриптов в /etc/update-motd.d/
