How to view network drive files from iphone, android?

Shalom guys.
The thing is this: there is a remote server, shared folders, set up VPN (l2tp / ipSec) through the mikrotik router in the firewall filters, threw ports.

From a PC, I connect via VPN without any problems and I go both via rdp and connect network drives. Everything is visible, everything is fire.

When connecting to the VPN from mobile devices, I cannot connect either via RDP or to the router.
It also does not find network drives either through FIleManager or through FTPmanager.

How to establish a connection to the server from mobile? Can anyone come across this problem.

(VPN is 100% working.)

UPD: issue resolved
The root of the evil was in the home router. And in curvature, of course) I pinged
through LTE and connected without problems.

Thank you all for your help!

For android, there is a standard Microsoft RDP Client, which is free. For files - there are a bunch of file managers. I prefer ES Commander (for some reason it was removed from the market, search on w3bsit3-dns.com). But in general there is an assumption that the problem is with access :) Pings from android go?
I won't say anything about Apple.

@Zoominger

Under Apple there is a free FileExplorer or even more free VLC, which can network.

VPN just pretends you are online, see what's with the settings. In mobile phones 5e709a79e5597724998902.pngsomewhere in this area, in any case, you will see the kings and the gate
