How to view db files created via python using sqlite3?

Still a beginner, I understand the robot with the database through python, I created a file, but I don’t know how to open it to view / check.
LibreOffice will not work, but I don’t understand how to download Access (the office is installed, but not licensed, when I download Access, the programs don’t appear for some reason)
Advanced programmers, please help!

in general, there are 100500 programs and online services for this. varying degrees of convenience and cost. any search engine will tell you.
I personally use navicat. not cheap, but it can work with almost everything that I need.
