How to view all sent emails in WP?

plugin
.
see what addresses the mailing was sent to, what was sent, how many times, etc.
If this is possible, please advise.

В WordPress - никак. В MailPoet - не знаю, думаю тоже никак (не заметил, чтобы он вел лог). Значит, смотреть только логи SMTP, которые Яндекс вам вряд ли даст. Используйте для рассылки подходящий инструмент, например SendGrid, Mandrill/MailChimp и подобные.
