How to use Yii component with index?

I'm trying to use the yii component https://github.com/digitick/yii-jqrelcopy , which, in theory, increments indexes in addition to simple block cloning. This is unrealistically necessary when using models. Here is the author's instruction:

But unfortunately he did not give an example - how to insert these indexes and in what context, he just wrote schematically - what is the output.
Has anyone tried this component?

See the docs for it. But I don't see why you need it. Give an example of a task that you plan to solve using this widget. Maybe I can give you a better solution.
