How to use VueJS and Symfony?

I plan to implement the frontend part in js. From the framework I chose the popular and simple vue. However, I don't really know him yet. I would like to know how to properly start integrating it with symfony? There are many questions.
1. Can vue js twig and templates be used?
2. I understand that the forms of the symphony will have to be thrown away? Then what is the best way to replace these forms?
3. What architecture?
