How to use Updates with Webhook?

Hello, I have a question. Implemented a telegram bot through Webhook. There was a need to implement payments through a bot, I successfully implemented the SendIncoice method. Now the question arose how to get Update with Pre_Checkout_Query. The documentation says that you cannot implement the getUpdates method along with an outgoing Webhook. Thanks in advance
