How to use the VK API to change the decision to go to a meeting to “I can’t go”?

How to change the decision to go to an event using the VK API? there is a groups.join
method - allows you to set - I will go or maybe I will go, there is groups.leave - it allows you to leave the meeting. But I don't see a method to indicate "can't go". How to do it?
