How to use the same packages in different projects?

Good afternoon.
I recently started using gulp for layouts. Having laid out several projects, I have accumulated a certain set of packages that were required everywhere and will continue to be required. And so each new project begins with downloading all the necessary packages, including dependencies, into the new project folder, and this is already 60mb.
Actually the question is, is it possible to somehow make all the necessary packages available within the same machine so that only gulpfile is in the project folder? Or am I doing something wrong?
