How to use the new error page when developing locally?

Hello guys. There are two projects running on two different versions of Laravel.
Their debugging environment is different. Couldn't google the question correctly. The second option is more convenient and familiar to me. Is there any way to change this without migrating to a different version of Laravel?

With a hint , FanatPHP was able to google correctly.
And so, these screens are called Whoops
Specifically, the screen that I need is called flip / whoops
