How to use the new app.css in Laravel?

Guys, maybe I'm behind the times? Just now I installed a brand new version of Laravel. And it turned out that in the folder with CSS files appeared app.css.
Could you tell me if it's a bootstrap hybrid or what?

app.css is compiled from app.scss. Accordingly, open app.scss and see what is imported there. If you want to work closely with Laravel.elixir - I advise you to start by watching this course . Or you can use your picker. Or just include your *.css.
