How to use the microphone from the phone + headphones?

There are TWS headphones with a disgusting microphone.
Can I somehow use the phone's microphone when talking on telegram / whatsapp while the headphones are connected?

1. Programmatically: type in Google play "Headset toggle" - select at your discretion
2. Physically solder the plug from 4-pin to 3-pin
