Now I turned off the Internet and want to use this card.
Tell me, please, what do I need to click in the application (sequence of actions) so that a map appears on the territory of the Moscow region, and not empty white squares?

@uwini maybe you have downloaded the Yandex map, but the people's map has been selected right now? Or vice versa. Try selecting a different layer.

In theory, you don't need to do anything at all. In practice, downloading the cache in the Android version of the MYAC is for some reason very buggy. Personally, the following helped me:
1) Clear the cache (settings -> erase saved maps)
2) Download the map of the Moscow region
3) Download the map of Moscow
4) Use (you can enter / exit the program, but it should work like that)
