There are several computers connected in parallel to the network through a router. On one of the computers there is a VipNet Client (essentially a VPN) that provides a secure connection to certain sites, without it the sites simply do not open. Is it possible for other computers on the network to use the connection of this computer when accessing certain sites? At the same time, when accessing other sites, the Internet coming from the router is used.

In general, I installed CCProxy on a computer with VipNet, and on Proxyfer clients, everything started up fine.

1) Install a proxy server on this computer with VPN
2) On clients, configure access to the necessary sites through a proxy, for example, using browser add-ons (such as FoxyProxy for Firefox).
