How to use template from Theme Builder (Elementor) for CPT?

The essence of the project: a showcase of equipment, a portfolio of projects with this equipment, various articles and pages.
Initially, debugging the design of the equipment card was on Post, and there were no problems. I created my own template in Theme Builder, dynamic data from ACF Pro - everything is fine!
But Post is needed for something else (there will be articles on the subject of equipment and its use on the site).

Description of the problem: It is logical to create a CPT for products and projects (I do not use plugins, in the code it is register_post_type with a pre-created taxonomy register_taxonomy ).
Next, at the Preview Options settings template (lower left corner, gear) - I set "Generators" (that is, the name CPT) and indicate that All. Similarly, I specify in the Conditions in the Theme Builder itself for this template.

I rub my hands in anticipation - and break off hard! The product page opens only with its name. When I added a photo (as a thumbnail) - under the name on the whole page, the photo is also drawn. And that's all ...
I decided not to bother at first, in the Generators type I chose the one specific one on which debugging is underway (that is, it is in the list, that is, the post and taxonomy seem to be registered correctly in the system) - fig, the result is similar - the name and photo.

What to do and where to dig - there are no ideas, I searched the entire Internet ... well, as usual, the deadlines are burning, the project seems to have to be handed over, but here "the best enemy of the good turned out." Moreover, the same hemorrhoid is still to come, it seems, with the portfolio (projects) - so you still need to decide.

In short, I appeal to the collective mind!

@trakhtenberg

I don't know how to close the thread here. Issue resolved. This CPT had to be done on the CPT UI plugin - and it all worked. It is all the more strange that other CPTs in the same project remain made by the script and Elementor normally determines both the post type and the post archive type. Mystic.... ))
