How to use synonym dictionary and where to get it for postgresql full text search?

Hello.
Do I understand correctly that there is no "official" dictionary of synonyms (for the Russian language) and any alternative ones for postgresql, or are they not common?
Interested in both English and Russian.

There really is no official dictionary of synonyms, but hunspell can be used. Especially to simplify the installation and configuration of hunspell, we made an extension on github.
