How to use region-specific formatting in the TEXT function in EXCEL?
I'm trying to use a hard task of the region of the formatting string of the TEXT function in Excel. Tables are used on a PC with Excel under different locales, and the formatting breaks - I want to avoid this.
Example: Source date in a cell, for example, "12/17/2021".
In the English version, the formula =TEXT($O$1;"[$-0419]DD.MM.YY") produces DD44547.MM.YY
In the Russian locale, it behaves predictably normally.
