How to use private proxies for scraping?

Hello! I know this is a dumb question, but maybe not. Bought a private proxy. Proxies have http,https,socks5 protocol. Gave me a username and password to login. Site proxy-seller.ru Proxy took ipv4. Now I can't figure out how to use them to parse the site?

I'm using the requests module. Explain to the stupid how to use them. And in general, did I even buy the right proxies?
